  • Business customers may be offered credit terms (subject to approval)

5.3 Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Customer Obligations

  • Ensure items are safe and lawful to transport

  • The value of the goods, or

  • A standard compensation amount (unless enhanced cover is purchased)

  • Loss of profit, business, or reputation

  • Delays beyond our control

8.3 Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

10.1 Bookings may be cancelled before collection.

10.2 Cancellation fees may apply depending on notice given.
